What makes our biscotti so special? Wherever possible we source local products. Each batch is handcrafted, not machine made. Hand dipped and decoarted. If we don't love the taste, we could never expect our customers to either. Simple as that. We never compromise taste, quality, or flavour.

You can even hear the crunch over the 'chirp chirp' of the birds. That speaks volumes about the texture of our biscotti...and they hold up when dunked! AMAZING.
